We ship primarily with USPS.  Also we might use other shipping methods likes FedEx or UPS. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We do our best to ship within 24 hours of order received. 

Shipping time depend from your timezone and third party service.

Do You Ship Internationally?

RWE ships to most destinations around the world via UPS. USPS, FedEx. When entering your address details in the shopping cart please ensure you select the correct country from the drop down menu.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

How do I place an Order?

You can check out either as guest, either by create an account.

Account gives you more options, like free coupons, wish list, updates, track online shipping and much more.

Do I need an account to place an order?

An account is the best thing to get updates  and to track delivery process. 

Although you have the option to place an order as Guest.

Do you pay for my return shipping?
Unfortunately RWE does not provide free return shipping unless on the rare occasion a product is deemed faulty by our quality assurance team. If you are returning a product that you believe to be faulty please provide the receipt for postage in the package.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Yes you can cancel an order made by mistake. If the order is already shipped out, than this option is voided.

How Do I Track My Order?

After you create an account, you can track all your orders in purchase history.

How Can I Return a Product?

You are welcome to exchange or return items purchased online provided that these conditions are met:

Proof of purchase is provided.
Items are unworn and in their original condition with hang tags attached .
Items are returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

RWESTYLE reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and if deemed so a replacement will be shipped where possible subject to stock.
